Beef Tenderloin Kit with baharat spice mix to enjoy alongside Root Vegetable Gratin, Kale Tabouli, Roasted Marble Potatoes and a whole Crème Brûlée Pie. Each kit serves 8 guests and is served cold with cooking and reheating instructions included. The Holiday 8 Lb. Short Rib Kit costs $395, plus tax, and the Holiday 3.5 Lb. Beef Tenderloin Kit costs $440, plus tax.
