Special from Aba, pick up one of Chef CJ Jacobson’s Holiday Roast Kits to prepare at home! Choose between the Holiday 8 Lb. Short Rib Kit with shawarma marinade or Holiday 5 Lb. Beef Tenderloin Kit with baharat spice mix to enjoy alongside Root Vegetable Gratin, Kale Tabouli, Roasted Marble Potatoes and a Whole Crème Brûlée Pie. Each kit serves 8 guests and is served cold with cooking and reheating instructions. Orders must be placed by Thursday, December 17th at 5:00 PM for carryout on Monday, December 22nd – Wednesday, December 24th. The Holiday 8 Lb. Short Rib Kit costs $395, plus tax, and the Holiday 5 Lb. Beef Tenderloin Kit costs $595, plus tax.
